- 6 Hour Hire – £150

At Once Upon A Dream Events, safety is our priority. Full operational and safety checks will be carried out once the setup is complete. The hirer will then be asked to sign a waiver confirming all checks have been completed and accepting responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.

Outdoor Hire Information

For all outdoor bookings, an indoor backup option must be available in the event of adverse weather conditions, including rain, high winds, or strong gusts. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and equipment.

If a suitable indoor alternative cannot be provided, bookings may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Please note that bookings not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the hire date due to weather conditions will become non-refundable.

Important Information & Terms of Service

Our Castle is tested on an annual basis to ensure that it is fit and safe for purpose and commercial hire. We are also PIPA TAGGED.

Our standard Weekend Delivery and Collection times are: -

• Earliest Delivery is 10am -  Unless agreed otherwise. 

• Latest Collection is 8pm - unless agreed otherwise due to additional charge.

The above guidance is given in support of BSEN14960:2013. The number of users is worked out on the available play space and area required by each user of a certain size. Groups of mixed heights should use the inflatable a different time to reduce the risk of collision and accidents.

• Max Users @ 1m and below     8

A suitable 13 amp or 16 amp socket outlet power supply is required. We do not run off a generator so please ensure a plug is close.

Please note that the pricing above is for the Surrey area. Anywhere that is further than a 10 mile radius from Camberley may be subject to a delivery and collection fee dependent on what package has been booked.
